Wu Chi, or emptiness, is at the heart of Ku Shen practices. Although unassuming and somewhat mysterious to many, wu chi is a powerful force that allows us to birth our higher potential and magnetically draw our own completion to us. Ancient humanity understood how to access wu chi; it is at the heart of wisdom traditions throughout the world. When you learn to cultivate the primordial energy of wu chi, you can develop an authentic relationship with your own wisdom mind and let go of unessential habits or concepts that distort or hinder the awakening process.

The introductory session is 2 hours at $200.
Follow up sessions are $150 per hour.
